Cielos Patagonicos (CPSA) is an Argentinean company founded in 1998 and dedicates itself to the development of real-estate and tourism in the most southern region of Patagonia, Argentina (specifically in the provinces of Chubut, Santa Cruz and Tierra del Fuego)

CPSA’s strategy has been to purchase lands in high potential geographic areas and increase its value gradually, restructuring its use in a tourist and real estate sustainable development.

As a main principle, CPSA preserves the conservation of the natural, historic and cultural heritage of its lands.

That’s why before establishing a development; we elaborate a project plan in which we carry out an ecological assessment. With this we establish a certain area with different conservation values and identities. These areas with high environmental incidence undergo an environmental impact study.
